Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

A. Return policy

Arisle guarantees that all purchased products are genuine, brand new and not defective. The products you received must not be damaged, work well and match with product’s description on our website. In case, your products have fault we offer you return policy within 30 days.

Valid return product must meet all these requirements:

- Products must be returned together with the return form, Arisle invoice, and receipt.

- Products must have no sign of use or repair, full box, full accessories, client manual, stamps and/ or warranty cards and gifts (if any)..In case, products are used, you can check our guarantee policy.

- Return reason need to be substantial and meet terms & conditions

- Arisle can refuse to support if the actual receiver is not the same as receiver information provided in the order

- if the returned product does not fulfil all return requirement, we will reship it to customer.

- Please follow return instruction from Arisle, do not follow other instruction from delivery man.

- We get return returned products at the address: 2B-2C-2D-2E 7^th Street, Bình Hưng Hòa A Ward, Bình Tân District, HCMC

- Return fee: All the free related to returning products to Arisle and sending back to custormers will be paid by customers.

- Arisle applies return policy nation-wide at every agent.

B. Refund Policy

The returned item will be sent back to Arisle for quality control. Arisle will refund the paid price of the returned items if it meets Leflair Return terms and condition.

- Refunded item must have no sign of use or repair, full box, full accessories, client manual, stamps and/ or warranty cards and gifts (if any)..In case, products are used, you can check our guarantee policy.

-We can accept a returnable item for up to 30 days from the date you initially got it.

-We will refund the amout of money that you have paid for your order after we deduct the discount (if any).

- Refund Term

Refund by bank transfer or credit card: Arisle will send back the money via your bank account that you have used to purchase products.
f you purchase by Cash On Delivery (COD) method, you can choose to receive money by bank transfer or in cash at our office : 2B-2C-2D-2E 7^th Street, Bình Hưng Hòa A Ward, Bình Tân District, HCMC.
Return fee: All the free related to delivery products to Arisle and sending back to custormers will be paid by customers.

C. Warranty Policy:

Arisle offers you a 3-month-warranty with all our products.
Products are under guarantee term will not be charged any fee
With Arisle faulty products that we cannot fix, Arisle will offer you a brand new product. In case your product is out of stock we offer you to choose a replace product with the same price.
Arisle cannot offer warranty policy for damaged products with those reasons:
Ordinary wear and tear
Over active force
Damaged by chemistry or strong cleaner
Damaged by fire or high temperature
Damaged by any strong action
