How to Order?

Customers can do online ordering via Arisle webite: arisle.com.vn. Place an order is made easy and transparent at all stages.

1. Find your item 2. Choose a product and add it to your cart 3. Confirm the items in your cart and check out	1.  Enter your contact details and shipping address 2.  Select your payment method 3. Click "Continue" button to do payment process.	1. You will receive a confirmation on our website. 2. We will call you to confirm all details of your order.

Step 1: Shop on Arisle

How can you find the item ?

You can find your item in 2 ways

a. Type name of the item on searching bar

b. Search item by category on menu bar

Add the product to your cart

Choose product by clicking the image of the product that you want to buy

 

Check all the information about the product

Choose the size and color of the product that match your requirement

Add number of product that you want to buy and click “Add To Cart” button to finish your order with that product. 

After adding to cart, a pop-up information box will appear. It includes name, size and price of the product.

In case you want to buy other products, you can choose and add to the your cart. After choosing all the products that you like, you can clik the check out button to move to the next stage.

Step 1: Fill in your information

There are 2 option for you in this situation.

a. Using your Arisle account

If you have already had acount on our website arisle.com.vn, you can sign in your account and use your information as shipping information if you want.

b. Fill in Shipping Information Form as Guest

If you have not had Arisle account, you can fill in our shipping information form .

 

Please check carefully all your information such as: name, shipping address, phone number so your order will be delivered exactly to you.

After filling in shipping information form, you can click “DO PAYMENT” button to pay for your order.

Step 2: Choosing Payment Method

In this step you can choose payment method that you want. Arisle offers you 3 options in this stage: ATM card, bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD).

a. ATM Card

Our customers can do payment via bank transfer with ATM cards (local banks), credit card (Visa, Master, JCB,Amex, etc) . You can do payment process directly on our website after you finish your order.

Arisle’s Online Payment Method is connected with The National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS). All data information that is related to our customers’ account will be protected by Privacy Policy of Vietnam National Bank with the highest standard.

b. Bank Transfer

Arisle will give you information of our bank account so you can transfer money for your order. After your transfer succeeds, our staff will make a phone call to confirm about your order information.

c.Cash on Delivery (COD)

This means that you just pay for your product once you received/picked it up and checked it. In that way there is no risk for you. Please finish the confirm and paying process before you receive and check your items.

Step 3: Order Confirmation

1. You will receive a confirmation message and an ID for your order.

 

 

2.  Arisle's staff will call you to confirm all details of your order.
