Payment Policy

For the time being, Arisle accepts 3 kinds of payment method:ATM card, bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD).

After you finish our shipping information form, you can click on "CONTINUE CHECKOUT" button to move to "Payment Method" section

1. ATM Card

Our customers can do payment via bank transfer with ATM cards (local banks), credit card (Visa, Master, JCB,Amex, etc) . You can do payment process directly on our website after you finish your order.

Arisle’s Online Payment Method is connected with The National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS). All data information that is related to our customers’ account will be protected by Privacy Policy of Vietnam National Bank with the highest standard.

2. Bank Transfer

Arisle will give you information of our bank account so you can transfer money for your order. After your transfer succeeds, our staff will make a phone call to confirm about your order information.

3.Cash on Delivery (COD)

This means that you just pay for your product once you received/picked it up and checked it. In that way there is no risk for you. Please finish the confirm and paying process before you receive and check your items.

In case you are not satisfied with our product you can do return process later. Please keep your delivery invoice so Arisle can check the day your item will be return ( your items will be returned within maximum 30 days from the receiving date).
