Arisle always aims to provide the best shipping service for all orders that you place with us. After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and call. We support delivery nationwide policy as follows:

Delivery Time

Arisle will ship as our agreement when you perform a full range of ordering procedures. Shipping time normally take at least 2-8 business days ( excluding Sunday and Holidays ). In case you need the item urgently, please contact us via this number 088 888 0600 . We will do our best to arrange the delivery or pick up in lightning mode.

- Within Hochiminh City: 1 - 2 working days after Arisle confirm your order via SMS or Email.

- Surrounding Hochiminh City areas: 2 - 3 working days after Arisle confirm your order via SMS or Email.

- Danang City, Hanoi City: 3 - 4 working days after Arisle confirm your order via SMS or Email.

- Other Areas: 3 - 7 working days after Arisle confirm your order via SMS or Email.

Delivery Fee

With the bill over 500,000 VNĐ Arisle will offer you free delivery.

With the bill under 500,000 VNĐ Arisle will charge delivery fee according to our policy below.

Note:

In case you pay via local local banks, your order will be placed after Arisle receive notification about your payment.
Arisle guarantees to deliver your item like our policy: however, in some special cases (flood, fire, natural disaster, traffic, etc.) that we cannot put under our control, the delivery time may be longer.
The maximum times your order will be delivered is 2. If the first time is not successful, we will contact you after we receive announcement from shipping department. In case that we cannot contact with you, your order will be canceled.
To check your order information and delivery process, you can use order code that is sent with the confirm letter via your email.
With COD delivery, it means you just pay cash when you receive your items, you finish paying process first then signing on the invoice. If you are not satisfied with the item you can make the return process later. Please keep your delivery invoice so we can verify the return time.
